Parent left for an hour and then the place was closed when he returned and would not allow parent in the shop to be with 14 year daughter.
Then when daughter was done, stylist stayed in back and daughter came out alone.
It would have been nice for her to come out and make sure we were satisfied and parent was anticipating tip her, but again we never saw her, she stayed in back and there did not build a very good impression.
