It was difficult to schedule

No problem with setting up appointments, they were on time and very friendly. They completed tasks as requested. The work was surface cleaning but done well and was what was expected. Offered additional services and did telephone followup. Good service and will consider using again in the future.

Excellent job. They did more than I asked or expected.

I left a voice message to schedule an appointment because their online scheduling was not working. No one returned my call so I called again and finally talked to someone. I was told cleaners will be at my home between 4-5; they came at 5:30.

it was horrible

They didn't have the supplies and even a proper mop to clean. I had to give them a good mop to clean the hardwood floor because the lady was using something that had a towel that is tied down to a handle that kept coming off and took so long for them to do the work, i gave them a good mop that is adequate for hardwood floor. She told me the reason that they didn't have supply is because they ran out of supply. My bedroom lamps a full of dust. They kept looking for things back and forth and that takes a lot of time. They request that you provide them with a roll of paper towel for cleaning. They don't bring cloth for their cleaning. The only thing that they had was a vacuum that was portable

They were not very good about coming in time. I had given my address earlier but they needed to get it just before they came. However they called a different no. and missed the time they were to come and came to my house at 2.00pm!!! Their work was okay and i would not like to do this again.
