They are very nice & genuine! They really take your health into consideration and do the best they can to work with you! They take the time to explain everything till you understand it. Would strongly recommend them!!

Had this company come out with a group o coupon.. They uphold me on a 5 year annual cleaning program along with uv light installation. They did some preliminary mold spray told me to call them in two weeks, for them to come back and run the brushes thru the ductwork. I called them back and they did not show up for the appointment, called them back again and they gave me a huge runaround. So waiting for them. I saw that local news did a investigation on them. Do not spend your money on this company. You have been warned.

I believe this coupon was a scam. The people doing the work at this RGV office already have in hand an estimate for mold removal. They didn't even do the cleaning dryer vent. If they would of been professional they would of at least done that instead of being concerned about getting an extra $900 out of me. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!! Reporting them to BBB

I contacted the business and was told by the male individual that he would call me back in 20 minutes because he was in the factory. He never called. I called every day there after sometimes twice a day and voicemail was always full. Coupon expired, so therefore, I have quit calling. Very disappointed.

It should be more clear that they won't provide services without offering a more expensive package first. Seems like a bait and switch.

I asked technician why he was only cleaning on event when coupon says multiple vents. The technician was also supposed to clean the dryer vent and said he could because if an elbow. So I basically paid for the cleaning of one vent that I read online
