Not only am I able to stand up straighter but Lydia was able to help relieve my lower back pain. Understand it will take more than one session to help with all the tightness in my shoulder and lower back but already feeling better after the first session. Will be back!

The massage felt great. I typically carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders. Lydia used gentle stretching and a lighter massage than what I’ve had in the past but the results are noticeable! I will definitely return!
