Rick M was very professional and did a great job. Had a mix-up with scheduling but they were able to quickly resolve the issue and timing was better with my schedule. Rick texted me when 15 min away, which was great that I didn't have to wait up to the 3 hr window. I'll definitely use their services again and look into their pest/rodent options when my contract is up with my current exterminator.

Our technician, Zachary, was running late, the day before Christmas eve. He kept in touch and still came out to get our chimney cleaned. He was fast, there was no mess to clean up and then he was on his way and our chimney got a clean bill of health! This was a GREAT deal!

We don't use our fireplace much, but I was concerned about birds hanging around at the top (that I could hear clear as a bell in the living room). He explained that it's common, checked it out from the roof, commented that the wire screen was the right size & good for escaping embers and then used a bushy wire brush to clean the chimney out. He examined the fireplace panels and said they looked good, no cracks. I was reassured that everything was fine & nothing to be concerned about.
