What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

being a spa junkie myself I realized that there was something missing in a lot of businesses and that was customer service in addition to the ambience. Clients want to be able to come to a place that's clean and welcoming.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that I can actually provide a service that clients notice the difference immediately. I enjoy seeing clients walk away with pure delight and satisfaction.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

the best feedback that I have received from a customer is basically consistent to what all clients say and that is the moment a walk in my door they instantly feel the stress leave their body. as soon as my hands touch their body they feel the intuitiveness that I am able to use to service them.
