I went to have an IPL photo facial. I was second guessing myself after having read the possible undesirable side effects. The lady whose name escapes me was very reassuring and she immediately put me at ease. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. Micro needling is a lot more painful. The technician was talking me through the process and was absolutely wonderful. I will be visiting this place very soon.

My first laser hair removal service...ever. I was nervous about getting it done. I was VERY PLEASED with the whole experience! VERY professional and comfortable atmosphere. My technician was knowledgeable and kind... she put my nerves to rest. The actual procedure wasn't bad... it has definitely slowed the regrowth. I'm excited for my next treatment!

The staff is very professional. The spa is very clean. Appointments are scheduled prior to departure, and the staff works with you to reschedule when needed. My laser tech, Cory, is the best ever!!! I'd give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks Sonterra.
