Today was my first visit for a Gentle Yoga class with Cathy. She was very warm and thorough in her teachings. The studio was very nice and relaxing too.

Friday 10:30 vinyasa mixed level class was well instructed and very friendly. Aida Omar was very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will be back.
