My appointment that we both confirmed was forgotten about. Customer service over the phone was unprofessional. There was no, "Hello, thank you for calling Gloskin, this is ________ how my I help you?" I had to ask question after question. I felt like I was speaking with a teenager prying to get information. Not for me.
