Staff was very friendly. Trainer was also very friendly person. Would definitely recommend them to others. But their 30 minutes deal is not that exciting as they dont take you to SF city in that tour but you hover over just nearby mountains. I upgraded my deal to 1 hour, and it was superb as they take you over city , bay.
