There is a little bit of a wait but just come prepared for it and not a big deal.

More info on what to expect would be nice. Not a big deal, since no prep was really needed, but it's still nice to know how long the apt. will last, etc. - the things I was given once I got there. An info packet emailed before the apt. would be great!

Nurse is very nice and office staff were very pleasant

The nurses there were very gentle and they took the time to explain the procedure. During my first laser hair removal appointment, they even treated a little area at my navel.
