They did an overall good job, but the woman that did my brows just had me sit back without saying anything to me, she pulled tiny bits of skin off and I still had to clean up some baht under the arch when I got home. Overall, the finished effect looked good and the brows looked even.

I got them done by a new person this time. She did a good job, but I prefer Natasha. She shapes then beautifully.

The owner (Dolly), is so sweet, she calls all the clients by name and shows a genuine concern for their needs and time. I've never had a bad experience at Beauty by Dolly.
