Very happy with my massage and will go back. Very knowlegable therapist and overall great experience. The place is very booked now but I'm happy I found it.

The 90 minute massage by Alef was hands down the best massage I have ever had. It gave me relief from my lower back pain as nothing before. I will go back and highly recommend Alef.

It was amazing! What a great massage, great atmosphere and great people. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed during my 80 minute deep tissue massage. I will definitely return to One Zen Life soon.

Took a while to get an appointment and a couple of months for the appointment to happen. But absolutely worth EVERY MINUTE! One of the best massages I have ever experiencd. Highly recommended!
