I've had monthly Brazilian waxes done for the past couple of years and Beatrice was one of the worst Brazilian waxing experiences I've ever had. From the get-go, she was rude, curt, impatient, and hasty. She was not understanding when I told her about my sensitive skin and proceeded to be rough and careless with her waxing method, even when it made me tear up. After my waxing session with her, my skin was bruised and irritated- it looks horrible. Furthermore, she was culturally insensitive and asked me in an unfriendly manner where I was from because my hair was really different. I would not go back to Beatrice again or recommend her to others.
