The spa has a wonderful environment and is very relaxing. I have used the infra red sauna twice and have felt great after each session.

Excellent service, I was given a tour of this small but delightful facility and all the benefits to my health. If you need a place to rebalance your body and detoxify this is your oasis. I did the sauna and loved to have my own private room it felt very calming. The juices on the other hand I felt were very watered down. I will see what the next batch tastes like.

I bought the 4 day juice and sauna , the place is very peaceful and lovely , very kind and communicative staff , even though I got lost and I was 15 mins late to my appointment. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia , I have pain every day ... And I was pain free after 40 mins of sauna . I will.definitely be back .

I loved the sauna and the juice taste good. I am so happy with my visit and will definitely be back for another sauna session.

What a great place! Had been before but it had been awhile. The staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m in serve chronic pain and tried the infrared sauna to help w inflammation. It was a package w a juice cleanse. Juice was great! Much lighter than other juices I’ve had. My skin is glowing as an added bonus. I definitely had less pain from the sauna:). Definitely will try other services
