I felt like the staff were working on too many clients at one time. It felt like I did a lot of waiting. However, the staff were very nice and experienced. I had great results.

I absolutely loved the environment! Twany and her mother are very kind and great to chat with while you get your hair done! Definitely cannot wait to return, thanks!

I had the brazilian blowout and I have had a terrible itch and scabs on my scalp. According to friends that have had the process there is a two application process she only did one. Tawny only wash hair, applied keratin but hair dryer next to head and then blow dried and flat hair.
