The taxes and fees not explained in advance. The cars are all beat up and probably not maintaned real well (since mine stalled at every red light and stop sign) i.e dangerous. They never addressed how long it would really take us and we never stopped and it took the whole 2 hrs. Not sure what they would have charged for extra time!

I think they should tell renters up front their map routes may take more time than the estimated time indicated. To meet the time specifications, renters don't really have time to pull over as instructed in the guided tour narration, but must make the trip without stopping or they have to pay for extra time and traffic can also add to the travel time. I feel this is not really a fair practice.
