Friendly, considerate project lead - Yehundi Marciano - and I believe he and his assistant did a good job. I can smell/see the difference. I did agree to an upgrade of services, including a re-affixing of venting "ties" in the attic and a fix of a separate vent connection, but I consider this up-sell a customer service vs. something I didn't need.
Apparently IDT Home Services contracts out to businesses that service the customer's area. The business who actually did the work was All American Carpet Cleaning and I am happy with the work they did and how quickly they completed the job.
They were on rime, polite and thorough.
Seemed knowledgable and accommodating. Did offer to sell me additional services on the spot that they thought I might need, but I said I needed to think about and budget for it. They were not at all pushy about it. Very nice team of Theresa and Shane.

Not sure how well the vents were cleaned, as they did not go very deep into them. They did not explain how they were cleaned. Thought it would be different. ( not a vacuum with a brush end ). Heck I could have done that with my vacuum

While workers eventually showed up and were pleasant, I was required to reschedule at the last minute three times, causing inconvenience and months delays. This was thoughtless and poor business. A make-up day should be scheduled promptly for unavoidable cancellation, not putting me at the back of the scheduling list three times. I found your phone staff just one notch above rude, very unresponsive. The workers told me a lot of what the work order was supposed to cover couldn't be done, Truthfully, I would think twice about letting any of this group in my home again. Was this service even needed? This has been my first negative review.
Ended up paying $118 beyond the price I paid for the coupon to have my ducts cleaned in a small 2 bedroom townhouse. Not sure if my ducts are any cleaner than they were before.
