Pretty small classes, my first one there was only 6 us of for 530pm on a Wednesday, which was nice.

Fabulous place to help me get back in the routine of practicing. Awesome, knowledgeable teacher (Chris) and such a zen-like class. Felt a sense of calm and renewal. Can't wait to take another class.

I know the basics of yoga. But never really stayed with it. I feel confident in the instructor that I will get better. She really paid attention to all of our moves. She even came over and assisted a few of us to get a bigger stretch. Experienced instructor makes yoga fun:)

The instructor was great- very warm and patient even though my ability was significantly below everyone else's. I was thrilled to find yoga classes that aren't HOT yoga in San Diego!
