The staff working that day was such a good kid, very professional and down to earth. Check out and in process was made super simple. We would definitely rent again because the deal and our experience!

You need to have a driver license & credit card to leave a hold and when you return the bike, they release the hold. Super easy.
They set up the bike for you. Friendly service.
