Great customer service. Very professional. Greg set realistic expectations since my carpet had some staining and hadn't been steamed/deep cleaned in a long time. He made reasonable suggestions for upgrade of services and was not in the least bit pushy about those additional services. Highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again.
