You don't need to bring much with you. It is "little" but well designed and they have little lockers for your belongings. They supply blocks and other tools. Just your mat and yourself leave your shoes at the door.

I've only taken one class so far but it was very welcoming. The studio is a beautiful space with a good amount of room. I would absolutely recommend

I have only been to the Bird Rock Yoga location (not Little Yoga Studio), but I love the teachers, vibe and location. There is also a ton of parking.
