Great service on the telephone prior to coming& in person. The person who checked me in was Mireya. She was professional, friendly, & helpful. The nurse, Cynthia was the absolute best. She explained everything that she was doing. She also continuously checked in with me. The procedure was not as uncomfortable as I had in the past with another company. I booked two more sessions with her.

I have good experiences so far in terms of their laser hair removal procedures. The nurses are great and they are patient to explain how you might feel during treatment for particular areas.

I loved this place so much at the first visit. The location was easy to find and inside, it is so clean and relaxing. And most important thing, my hair is gone! I did 6 session laser hair removal and i am totally happy! Now,i'm doing on my facial hair removal.
