Interacting with this spa is very.....weird and annoying. For example, when calling the spa during normal business hours (I called between 10am-3pm) just to make an appointment, more than 70% of the time, it goes to voicemail. When I do manage to get a hold of someone, I always get the response, "I'll call you back". Then, I will get a text later in the day, or the next day, or a few days later telling me the next availability. Is it just me or is this the most inefficient way of scheduling a client? I call, and then I have to wait for someone to follow-up with me hours or days later...I'm only requesting dates that are well in advance, not like I'm requesting next day appts. Taking down appts at the immediate time of request should be ...taken down at the immediate time of request! Appts is one of the main platforms of a spa business. Other than the getting texts random times of the day, including ones at 11pm on a Sat, from this spa, it's pretty good. Staff is nice, interior is clean. Overall, I'm satisfied with the treatment. Would I come back here? Absolutely not.

The employee was late didn't explain anything wouldn't let me go to the bathroom before the treatment that was barely a treatment all I got completely ripped off

My schedule was pretty screwed up because she didnt mention the place was moved I was at the address written on the website 15 min prior to the appt time but I couldnt find the place so kept calling the phone number many times I cancel the appt because I couldnt extend my time and she redeem my voucher right away without using it I really upset about her service
