I did not order these tickets AND somebody else redeemed them. I will stop using your service since you no longer have ANY (as in none at all)customer support anymore. I am one of your original members too boot! You even cancelled your customer service phone number. No more of you! Had I known you stopped supporting your service, I would have shut it down awhile ago!!!
