She spent a lot of time with me cutting, coloring, and then styling my hair to make sure I left feeling beautiful. My friends kept touching my hair when I met them out after my appointment because my hair felt so soft and luxurious

Joelle did not do what I asked. She was too focused on herself and not paying attention as to how she was laying in the color. Here is no rhyme or reason to the patterns and the back of my hair is an awful carrot red not a blue based red. I'm afraid that it would be worse if Inasked her to fix it.

That was the worst hair appointment I've every had. She burned my hair from dying white. Than added a dye to make it better. Was nothing like the pictures I brought in. The when I was upset she tried to hold me down in the chair. I was shaking!

I do not want this info. shared with the the unstable lady who did my hair. Highlights are ok. Woman talked whole time, not focused. Paid more for salon on Union Sq. thinking would get higher quality Srvc. Next time will go on personal referral.
