noodles are made fresh on the premises. Good quality sushi, Did a fantastic job of my favorite ikura nigiri with the quail egg on top! yummy!

All noodles are made on premise. The Chinese noodles are ramen and the Japanese noodles are udon.
We tried both and both were good. The gyoza was so delicious that we had two orders. Sushi was reasonable - it was good but had a Chinese/Taiwan slant to it.
