We dropped our car off and were dropped off to the airport via shuttle which was just fine. On the way back however, our shuttle arrived 40 mins after we called to inform them of our arrival and were told that the shuttle was stuck in traffic. When we finally got on the shuttle, we thought it would take at least 30 mins to get to the hotel but it only took 4! We don't like being lied to.

Drop off was quick and easy. Nice driver named John. Unfortunately the pick up was the complete opposite. Called as soon as I landed and asked for the shuttle to arrive in 30min to give time for baggage pickup. They said to call back after I had my bags. Now waiting over 30min outside in wet weather and no shuttle. All other rental car shuttles and other parking shuttles came. Disappointed
