Truely hot yoga Teachers are so friendly and look at each individual to correct the yoga positions . I feel very energized after each class Enjoy and happy to go to this yoga center

My first time to attend the inferno class with Erika and it was exhilarating and yet worth it. I survived it. Definitely will do it again!

I recently attended a Pilates class at Balance Yoga Center and it has been a rejuvenating experience. The center itself has a serene ambiance, and a clean, welcoming environment. The instructors were knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring everyone, regardless of experience level, felt comfortable and engaged throughout the session.

Great Yoga Studio! The plates class is amazing, it's one of the best plates classes I've ever attended.

Come 30 min early to sign in and create a profile. Bring a towel(I forgot to bring one but they were kind enough to give me one to use for my first class). :)
