If you haven't had a cleaning within the last 6 months expect to have additional costs for shampooing. They can't just steam clean on a dirty rug it has to be shampood. So after the extra cost they did a fantastic job!

They were very hard workers and extremely polite. Didn't try to over sell any other products. But, I did have them do more cleaning because they didn't push it. I will definitely use them again.

Don't expect them to arrive at an exact time. They will arrive within their window of three hours but likely towards the end. They did however do good work and very quickly.
