The owner did was SUPPOSE to do my hair. He charged me as if he did my hair (literally), but what really happened was he directed his salon assistant/intern while he worked on another client. He then was suppose to tone my hair down, but instead, turned it orange/brass color instead. When I called, the owner was busy and I explained the experience to the receptionist. She informed me she would have him return my call. He never did. I called SEVERAL times after, and they never picked up. I Yelped them as well.
