Very punctual, very professional

It was too confusing to make the appointment. Left a message and didn't hear back. Finally got a hold of them to schedule. Would have been nice to have a reminder call the day before to let us know they were coming. They did a good job - took 3 1/2 hours to do 2 cars. Was satisfied with end result.

Good job in general, my only issue was all the streaks from the polishing. Had to rue clean all my glass

Pretty good service. They called and confirmed an appointment before coming. Reached on time and did a nice job.

The technician who performed the service was polite and friendly, but the service provided was very disappointing. This was supposedly a discount from the regular $200+ price charged for detailing. It wasn't even worth the $79 paid, and certainly not worth the price that would have been charged without a coupon. A wash and wax from the local car wash for far less money would have been just as good.

This company is a joke. Making customers complete an online form, wait for a phone call and not be able to schedule a cleaning for a minimum of 21 days out is ridiculous. Requiring users to supply power and water makes this "mobile" carwash not very "mobile". Business hours until 1pm Mon-Fri? Are you kidding? To top it off, if you don't answer the car tech's call on the day of the appointment (during a 4 hour window) they will not show up. What is the point of an appointment? When it came down to the date of my actual service: the tech didn't call and showed up 2 hours past the window. My car interior was bathed in something slick and it's a hazard to get into the car now - LAME.

Our car looks nice, but the driveway needs to be power washed because it was not rinsed down. Also the carpet is still wet the next morning.

I did not have a good experience and will never use this company again.
