The ambiance in the room could be upgraded a bit (i.e. dimmer lighting, eye masks, etc). Also, I prefer less talking during a massage so that I can fully relax. My therapist kept asking me questions and making small talk during my massage. Otherwise, I had a good experience overall.

My message therapist, Crystal, was knowledgeable and friendly! She worked on my problem areas and showed me various stretches I could do to alleviate tension. I recommend this for anyone looking to have problem areas worked, as well as those who may be new to massages.

If you're looking for a no frills place and a Wonderful massage, this is the place for you. Very relaxing. Therapist had the perfect touch and was cognizant of pressure....I will be back.

Great place for a really good technical massage. I was impressed with Casey's expertise. It is not in a spa-like setting, so if someone is looking for that, I wouldn't recommend it. But, if a really good massage is desired, I would highly recommend Casey.

Great massage! Customized to where my problem spots were... spots I didn't realize were problem spots until they were being worked. Felt he was more in tuned with my body than a standard spa massage person would be (or at least led me to believe).
