She's a really nice person and I hate to say anything bad BUT I had a REALLY BAD experience. I've been waxing for many years however, this was something else- I had mentioned that the wax was too hot and proceeded full steam ahead. It ended up tearing off some of my skin on one side and I had substantial bleeding and was swollen for 2 days on that one side she started on. And after all that pain, she was sloppy and missed some spots. I would allow Denise to respond but she would know exactly which customer this is so my comments need to remain anonymous and I would not go back there again.
