I had a very positive experience with my first brazilian wax ever. Germa could tell I was nervous even on the phone and made sure I was as prepared as possible so I'd feel more calm. She was easy to talk to and efficient during our conversation. By the time I registered a pull we were moving on to the next area. Highly recommend her services, especially if this is your first time waxing!
