I submitted info to redeem voucher but never received the certificate in the mail. How do I get a replacement?

I can't comment on the service at the location. Reason is: the way they administered the voucher was ... absurd. They would only admit one client with voucher per day, so they had everything booked until November. I'm not going to wait until then for an oil change.

Customer service at the Midas location on friars road is not great. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional
