My former school closed doors and it was quite a search to find a school I like. Found it! Very professional clean school with expert teacher.

This is a neat little yoga studio in the middle of San Marcos. Kathleen is a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher. I've been to a few yoga classes over the years and this was my first yoga class after a long time since having my two babies. I was a little bit nervous about returning to yoga but Kathleen has made me feel very comfortable and helped me get into pose using the various props such as belts, blankets, and bolster pillows which I had never used before during yoga. The class is friendly and I didn't feel judged for looking a bit clueless! Thanks Kathleen, it is refreshing to practice yoga with someone who really knows what they are teaching!

Being new to yoga, I took the intro/level 1 class. The instructor was very good, keeping the class going while giving me individual instruction. A relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Amazing, intimate yoga studio

The place is amazing. I have physical limitations and the instructor gave me one on one guidance to modify each pose as needed. Loved it!

Nice atmosphere...very clean and organized studio. The instructor/owner is extremely knowledgeable and very hands on to ensure your safety. The pace of the class (level 1/2) was challenging yet doable. I would highly recommend to any level of practice.
