Great stretch. Stephanie listened to my cues so I could get the most out of my 40 minute session. A couple hours later and I feel good. I scheduled another session in 2 weeks.

I had my first session this evening and it was amazing! Each stretch was explained in detail and the rep worked to my level of comfort. Truly a great experience, I’ll definitely be back!

Arielle was awesome! I am 61 years old, overweight and have never stretched in my life (not really, but you get the idea). There was no judgement and she worked with me and explained everything to me very clearly. As a novice, when the old muscles and joints were creaking and yelling too much, she knew just how far to push and then gave a little “oomph”. I am looking forward to next time.

I had an appointment with George Foreman and the appointment went great. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back.
