Very easy and pleasant experience. No wait at all, and was greeted by name upon arrival. Had wonderful hair wash before cut, and was vey pleased with the cut Lance asked a lot of questions throughout the cut, and even another wash after the cut! Whole experience took around 30 minutes, I left a happy customer!
