I was apprehensive about doing this, but tried it anyhow. I actually did lose a couple of Inches, and Sandi informative an was great to talk to. My only problem is that I don't have the me time, since my Mom needs me in another city. So try it, you will benefit from this method of fat loss.

I completed a few sessions in 2019 and 2020 before the pandemic and the results were great. I’m back now for additional sessions to prepare for my vacation.
