It is a real workout with imdividual attention. Not like a huge class where you can hide in the back! It pushes you to dig deep and go as far as you can. I love it so far.

John is great! He took it over about a year ago! He also has beginner classes for the newbies/people getting back into it (like me).

WestBay Crossfit is great! I would and do highly recommend WBC. I am a walking billboard, I wear my WBC T-Shirt everywhere! This includes, group workouts with other gyms and at other gyms. :-) The staff, the WOD's, the music!! AWESOME!! A great workout, with a unparallelled emphasis on form; followed by giving your absolute best. So even when you think THAT was all you had, they somehow pull just a little bit MORE out of you! I feel invigorated, and suprised everytime I'm still ALIVE at the end of a workout! Great rates, personal attention, friendly staff, knowledgeable instructors, encouraging, great location, (additonal parking on side on the one way st. "C" st. I think). I currently have memberships at four gyms, this is in my top two. This is where it all began! Results on the way.

Gym is small and does not have enough equipment. Very few classes are offered. On at least two occasions, trainer(s) did not show up for scheduled classes. Owner is preoccupied with increasing gym membership and achieving financial success. Owner is disinterested in the health and well being of clients.
