I expected the facial to have more. It seemed that all that happened was my face was cleansed and then a mask was put on...i was left alone in the room. No massage, no extractions. Got my eyebrows threaded also and the person who did them was the worst Ive ever experienced. She was so slow, so painful, and today I still have red bumps from it. Not a good experience at all. I even have two more facials to use and now I don't know that I want to.
