This is a very nice salon, and I was very pleased.
Rachael was very helpful and detailed with all her skills and expertise.
It was definitely a good experience.

She made me wait 45 minutes. It was a full highlight she did not dye my roots which was grown out like 1 inch. She was then rushed because she has spent so much time on this walk in that she did not let my bleach stay on my hair long enough so it has an orange tint. I am not real picky about my hair but my husband my children and my co workers said it was the worst highlights they have ever seen. She knew she did not do a good job so she said come back in next week and I will fix it. I have called several times she has not called back. I would not recommend her at all.
