Candi is the sweetest and very understanding. All my appointments have been super quick and easy, I really want to go back for other areas. I have thick black curly hair and it is essentially gone now on the area I had done. Another reviewer brought up rescheduling issues but I think those were completely fair and valid, people have lives and issues outside of work. It did not deter me at all.

I have been a customer for years. They very professional! Clean and beautiful establishment. Never had an issues with appointments. The customer service is amazing!
