Please do not waste your money or time. First of all it's not a local company and you can't make appt. With the tech on site, you can cancel an appt with the tech, you always have to dial a 1800 number. The facility is cold, small. They did not provide a true consultation. The biggest thing was after two sessions, I achieve no results and I only had minimal day to decrease. However the technician I had was very nice.

They are not professional and was incredibly rude. The business is hard to get a hold of or to find as it is in an old motel. Never will go there again.

The male technician made inappropriate sexual comments to me.

Did not work. I only had 20 minutes on my last two sessions instead of 30 mins. Even I was early for my appointment

This place is very unprofessional, they are set up in an office building in a room that used to be someone's office! There is no supervision, no robes, no spa like treatment, you stay in the clothes you wore there, and after the treatment you are handed a towel to wipe off the gel which is a mess. It's a little scarey to think that the person that is treating you has only two days of training. On my first visit they had someone in training watching, I was never asked if this was ok and at my second visit I had a male do my treatment which was very uncomfortable for me, especially because there was no one there to supervise what was going on. I won't be going back for the third treatment!!!
