professional choropractic Professional staff, bright and clean office. My experience with Kelly was helpful, his massage table is very tall so bring a step ladder if you are under 5 feet tall. The room was chilly, brightly lit,sterile feeling. He pushed on the top of my head which somehow made my lower back feel better,kudos. I did not choose to follow up with the chiropractor.

The message I had was different than any massage I've had - it was outstanding - my back and neck feels better than it has in along time - would highly recommend Natural Health and Wellness - Mindy is a great Massage Therapist/Energy Guru.

Don't let the outside of the building turn you off. It is in a small strip mall location. But the inside is top notch. Very nicely done. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. The massage was great -- not the "fluff" kind but the kind that actually work on the tough areas.
