They were great. They were total cycling pros but did not condescend to my 65 year old mother who just wanted her bike fixed. They were very kind and professional.

If you're buying a tune up, call and schedule a time to drop off your bike, they were pretty busy and it took them a few days to get my bike in. Once there it was done within a day, and they did great work.
