Awesome place to workout! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

This place is amazing. I know it is pricey, but try it once and you will feel it the next day. There is always something to work on and the instructors keep you motivated and focused.

Today was my first day and I would highly recommend it. The facility is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. The instructor was professional, encouraging, and articulated Instruction well. Perfect for first timers who are learning to participate in group classes all the way to more advanced participants. I definitely felt welcomed and supported.
