Amazing work with meticulous attention to detail

The detailer was 2 hours late for the appointment. The car still had smudges on windows and dirt in the interior.

Not very professional from first phone call to set up the appointment. He told me it would take 3 to 4 hours, so I blocked out that time. I told him that I wanted to prep the vehicle for sale because I wanted to trade it in and I wanted it really nice and I was willing to pay extra. I also told him I was willing to pay extra because it was very dirty. He was done in one and a half hours not 3 to 4 hours that he told me it was going to take. I felt that he rushed through the job. The quality of his work was mediocre to poor.
