About OC Boxing and MMA Academy

For the past 15 years, OC Boxing and MMA Academy has been tailoring its schedule of martial-arts and boxing classes to suit the needs of professional fighters and regular fitness-seekers alike. The gym’s classic boxing program is broken into separate sessions for kids and adults of any skill level, and cardio-kickboxing classes are strictly focused on building overall fitness. Regardless of skill level, though, all students have the benefit of working with professional trainers and equipment, including the gym’s grappling room for jiujitsu and MMA and a bevy of heavy and speed bags.
